(Epithelioid) Hemangioendothelioma



Discussion


Findings

1.A 4x4.5x5.1cm sized well-defined soft tissue mass between sartorius, adductor longus, vastus medialis muscle (intermuscular area)


2.Mass contains T2WI hyper SI, T1WI iso to slightly hyper SI solid portion around superficial femoral vessel with heterogeneous enhancement with encasing superficial femoral vessels


3.correlation with plain radiograph, it has calcifications


4.The mass shows  mild diffusion restriction (ADC map: mean value 1378)


Differential diagnosis
Angiosarcoma
Extraskeletal osteosarcoma
