Discussion

Findings

1.A 13.4x12.6x10.6cm sized lobulated soft tissue mass is located at Lt. thigh (between vastus lateralis m. and biceps femoris m.) combining fatty rind at the proximal and distal portion of mass

2.Focal extension to subcutaneous fat layer is noted

3.The mass shows T2 high SI as fluid (ADC map: mean value 2543) , and T1 iso-to-high SI with peripheral lacy like enhancement
