Diagnosis: Extranodal involvement of NK/T-CELL LYMPHOMA Discussion
Findings: Plain radiography : no abnormal finding. Whole body bone scan : Heterogeneous mild radioactive uptake in the left distal femur. Knee MRI : Peripherally enhacing several intramedullary lesions in left distal femur and proximal tibia with extraosseous soft tissue mass formation is noted. Cortical bone destruction is not demonstrated. Differential Diagnosis: small round cell tumor (lymphoma) Diagnosis: Extranodal involvement of NK/T-CELL LYMPHOMA was proven on US-guided biopsy for soft tissue mass. case 182 review 참고
