Discussion
Findings: Fat-containing
calcified nodules in subcutaneous fat layer, bilateral symmeterical
Differential Diagnosis:
1. Silicon-induced granuloma
-- Liquid silicone oil is relatively hyperdense
; its CT attenuation is approximately 130 HU
2. Parasites
-- bilateral symmetrical
-- fat-containing calcifications
