Rupture/tear of extensor tendons -due to chronic attritional change by (neglected) distal radius fracture or due to (neglected) distal radius fracture

Findings
1. Reversed volar tilt of distal radius
2. A displaced bone fragment from dorsal distal radius
3. DISI
4. Rupture of extensor tendons (extensor indicis and 3rd, 4th, 5th extensor digitorum tendons)
