(답안은 한 개만 보내주시기 바랍니다) Courtesy: 박희진 (Hee Jin Park), 성균관 대학교 강북 삼성병원 (Sungkyunkwan University, Kangbuk Samsung Hospital) Diagnosis: EPITHELIOID HEMANGIOENDOTHELIOMA Discussion Rare vascular soft tissue tumor of intermediate malignancy develops from the peripheral veins of the lower limb, especially from the iliac and femoral veins Appearance in between hemangiomas and sarcoma in terms of frequent local recurrences and metastatic potential most common in the soft tissues Reported the liver, lung, femur, tibia and humerus Image X-ray Expansive, osteolytic and poorly demarcated lesions Distinctive "soap-bubble" matrix with a sclerotic margin No periosteal reaction is present CT noncontributory as they only reflect soft-tissue density but lesions enhance with contrast media MRI also non-specific D/Dx metastatic carcinoma, Ewing's sarcoma, telangiectatic osteosarcoma, lymphoma, fibrous dysplasia and aneurysmal bone cyst

Discussion

Rare vascular soft tissue tumor of intermediate malignancy

develops from the peripheral veins of the lower limb, especially from the iliac and femoral veins
