Psammomatous meningioma

Findings

1.Well-circumscribed intradural extramedullary mass in the left anterior spinal canal at T9 level, compressing the spinal cord to the right posterolateral side.

2.MRI: isointense to slightly hypointense signal on T1WI and heterogeneous hyperintense signal on T2WI with some low signal component near the dural attachment and contrast enhancement with dural tail sign in the inferior portion.

3.CT: dural calcification on non-contrast CT
