Findings
Lobulating shape mass lesion in the intramuscular space of left triceps muscle.
Adjacent mass effect is seen
Intratumoral phlebolith is suspected
Adjacent prominent supplying vascular structure
Discussion
MRI is recommended for imaging evaluation, where they present as a large, highly vascular mass.
T1: isointense or slightly hyperintense
T2:hyperintense; associated vascular signal voids are common secondary to lar age peritumoral blood vessels.
T1C+: heterogeneous contrast enhancement
