Complete suprapatella plica

Discussion

Synonym : Unperforated suprapatella plica, Septum completum, complete suprapatellar septum, Type 1 suprapatellar plica (Zidorn classification)

Findings
Suprapatella plica separating suprapatellar recess
Decreased fluid signal intensity in suprapatellar recess, which is suggestive of complete compartmentalization of suprapatellar recess
