1. Cement leakage into the paravertebral vein of T9 level (post-procedural plain radiograph)
2. Cement embolism in the right side pulmonary artery branches (post-procedural T spine CT scout view)
3. Cement embolism in the left side pulmonary artery branches (post-procedural T spine CT axial view)
