Findings

1.Well-defined lytic lesion affecting vertebral body, pedicle and lamina

2.Heterogeneously low signal intensity on both T1 and T2 weighted images

3.High degree of 18F-FDG uptake

Differential diagnosis

1.Plasmacytoma

2.metastasis
