Diagnosis:

Transient lateral patellar dislocation with trochlear dysplasia



Discussion


Findings
1. Bone marrow signal change, medial patellar facet, lateral femoral condyle
2. Avulsion, medial patellofemoral ligament from patellar side
3. Shallow femoral trochlea (trochlear dysplasia)
4. Positive crossing sign on lateral radiograph
