Idiopathic spinal cord herniation

Findings
1. Acute kink & thinning of the herniated spinal cord with enlargement of the dorsal arachnoid space.
2. Segmental thinning of spinal cord with anterior displacement at T4-5 level with dural defect at a portion of a cord protrudes
