Lt. 3rd finger pain (4 months ago)
ROM pain (+), redness(+), swelling(+)

양손잡이, 스포츠 (볼링 등)할 때는 주로 왼손 사용

Avascular necrosis of metacarpal head (Dieterich disease)



Discussion


Findings
Subchondral depression and fracture at Lt. 3rd metacarpal head 
- with adjacent sclerosis
Concave shaped low SI on T1WI and T2WI linear lesion in Lt. 3rd metacarpal head
- outer low SI and inner high SI lesion on T2FS
- focal cortical discontinuity is noted at articular aspect
