Diagnosis:

Avascular necrosis of pediatric navicular (“Köhler disease”)



Discussion


Findings
Decreased size and flattening of right navicular bone, with diffuse sclerosis.
No remarkable abnormality at bilateral other tarsal bones, metatarsal bone, and phalanges.
