Discussion
Findings 1. CT shows near normal appearance of bone. 2. MRIs show bone marrow replacing lesion in right pelvic bone with extraosseous soft tissue mass. Note that the relative absence of cortical involvement in the presence of marrow involvement and soft tissue masses 3. Three years ago, MRIs showed bone marrow replacing lesion in the same site without extraosseous soft mass. The result of biopsy was inflammatory cell infiltration; there was discrepancy with imaging findings and possibly non-diagnostic result.
