Discussion
Findings Radiograph: bone erosion and subchondral cyst at humeral head. MR: Subchondral cyst and erosion at right humeral head. Thick synovial enhancement at right shoulder joint Subacormial and subdeltoid bursitis with internal T2 low SI bodies.
