Rare complication of VP, Polymethylmetacrylate (PMMA)
Bone cement may leak into epidural, foraminal, intradiscal, paravertebral, intravenous
Bone cement extravasation into the spinal canal : happen through vasivertebral plexus and segment vein and posterior cortical defect of VB
Intradural bone cement leakage : medial wall of pedicle, during needle insertion is broken and dural sac is perforated / direct intradural injection
