Radiographs
A large cauliflower shaped bony excrescence of right pubic body origin, which shows slightly increased size on F/U
MR (2017-06-24)
A well-defined lobulating-contoured, pedunculated bony mass showing corticomedullary continuity with parent bone.
- covered T2 high SI cartilage cap with partly thickened portion
; focally thickened cartilage cap (about 0.5cm in thickness)
- irregular outer border with minimal serpentine enhancement
==> osteochondroma, most likely
MR (2023-06-30)
Slightly increased size of exophytic bony lesion at right superior pubic ramus.
- slightly more thickened cartilage cap at the lateral aspect (about 1.0cm in thickness)
==> osteochondroma, most likely
ddx. low grade chondrosarcoma, less likely
