(Musculofascial) Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) involvement



Discussion


Findings
1.Ill-defined infiltrative soft tissue lesion with contrast enhancement at the right axilla and intermuscular fat layers among deltoid, pectoralis major and minor.
2.Focal involvement of deltoid, pectoralis major, and anterior subcutaneous layer of right shoulder.
3.Encasing vascular structures in right axilla.
