Osteosarcoma, fibroblastic type



Discussion


Findings

1.Intramedullary osteolytic tumor at left femur intertrochanter to proximal shaft


2.Lobulated intramedullary tumor with cortical bone thinning, periosteal reaction, and surrounding soft tissue swelling


3.Without significant intralesional enhancement, with intralesional diffusion restriction


Differential diagnosis 

1.Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH)


2.Ewing's sarcoma
