Athletic pubalgia (tear of adductor longus tendon, adductor longus tendinopathy, core muscle injury)

1.disruption of tendinous insertion of adductor longus from the pubis

2.fluid parallel to the inferior margin of superior pubic ramus, associated BME

3.musculotendinous strain of adductor muscles

1.Osteitis pubis

2.Calcific tendinitis

3.Myositis ossificans
