Findings

1.A focal T2 hyperintensity in right post-lateral aspect of the spinal cord on initial MRI

2.More T2 hyperintense foci with increasing size in right post-lateral aspect of the spinal cord on F-up T2WI (mainly in white matter) 

3.These lesions show diffusion restriction on DWI
