Osteofibrous dysplasia (a.k.a. ossifying fibroma)

Disease definition

: Fibroosseous lesion primarily affecting tibia and fibula of children

1.Expansile mass arises in cortex, which may extend to medullary portion

2.Multilocular, enlongated confluent lesions along the cortex

3.Geographic and sclerotic margin

4.May associated with bowing deformity

1. Intracortical fibrous dysplasia
