Differential Diagnosis: None
Diagnosis: subluxation of tendon of long head of biceps brachii
Discussion: - Unlike dislocation of LHBT, subluxation usually happens as a extraarticular displacement. - Lesser tuberosity and subscapularis tendon are principal restraint of LHBT, transverse ligament and bicipital sling structure act as a suspensory ligaments. - Subluxation usually accompany degeneration of tendon.
