Differential Diagnosis: Diagnosis: Cyclops lesion Discussion: A localized anterior fibrosis, fibrous granulation tissue located anterior along the ACL graft Sx: extension loss of the knee after ACL reconstruction Incidence: 1-15% Originated from residual tibial ACL stump, tibial tunnel trapdoor, infrapatellar fat metaplasia, intercondylar fibrosis or the graft itself Fibrous granulation tissue located anterior along the ACL graft References: 1.
