Peripheral high signal intensity at T1 and fat-suppressed T2WI, no enhancement after Gd. enhancement. Differential Diagnosis: hematoma Diagnosis: Septic arthritis, pseudoaneurysm of popliteal artery Pseudoaneurysm is rare complication of infection or septic arthritis. But if mass will be detected in a patient of infection, and heterogenous signal intensity and partial Gd. Enhancement will be seen, pseudoaneurysm must be considered. |
