Findings:
flattening and sclerosis at left 2nd metatarsal head, subchondral radiolucent areas
Differential Diagnosis:
Freiberg’s infraction, stress fracture
Diagnosis: Freiberg’s infraction
Discussion:
호발연령이 13-18세이다. 3rd and 4th metatarsal heads can be affected. Intra-articular osseous bodies and secondary degenerative joint disease are recognized complications. Single episode of trauma can be the causative event.
