Diagnosis: Peroneocalcaneus internus (accessory muscle)
Discussion
Findings A muscle arises from the internal aspect of the fibula, below the origin of the flexor hallucis longus, and descends posterior to this displacing it anteriorly and medially, with the tendons running parallel. And the muscle inserts on a small tubercle on the medial aspect of the calcaneus
