Findings
-rounded soft tissue density of the proximal forearm with internal mineral density suggestive of a phlebolith  possibility of venous malformation
-chondroid matrix in the ulnar shaft  possibility of enchondroma
-lytic and expansile intramedullary lesions with mild endosteal scalloping in the phalanges and metacarpals with pathologic fracture at the 3rd metacarpal bone  multiple enchondromas
