Findings
2.0x2.7x3.2cm sized well-defined lucent lesion with sclerotic rim in the Rt intertrochanteric area
heterogeneous low to high SI on T2Wl, low to iso SI on T1W and heterogenous enhancement
: high T2Wl, iso T1Wl with enhancement, no diffusion restriction  myxoid
: intermediate to low T2Wl/T1Wl with heterogenous enhancement  fibrosis
: peripheral dark T2Wl/T1Wl without enhancement  sclerosis
focal fat SI in fat only image and -108 HU on CT  fat
internal focal mineralization on CT
