IVC thrombus, IVC thrombosis, or IVC obstruction

Findings
Loss of normal signal void in the IVC, distended IVC, engorged epidural veins and engorged ascending lumbar veins (engorged collateral channels) suggesting IVC thrombus (tumoral thrombus)
