Findings
1. Denervation-related muscle atrophy and muscle edema at adductor pollicis, flexor pollicis brevis, flexor digiti minimi, opponens digiti minimi and interossei muscles.
2. Preserved FCU, 4th FDP, 5th FDP, abductor digiti minimi muscles.
