Findings: 1. BM edema 2. Lat. Subluxation of patella 3. Torn .med. Retinaculum 4. Prepatellar bursal hemorrhage or fluid
Differential Diagnosis: • Hemarthrosis 일으키는 질환 - Trauma Ligament or meniscus injury - Bone or cartilage injury - PVNS - Hemophilia, bleeding disorder - Intraarticular tumor(synovial hemangioma
Discussion: - Dislocation of the patella laterally as the result of twisting injury with valgus stress or as the result of direct trauma. - Imaging findings ; bone contusions of the anterior lateral femoral condyle and medial patella are diagnostic. Patella often spontaneously reduces into trochlear groove with extension following the injury.
