Radiology findings
1. Large mixed density mass lesion in left buttock with bone destruction of left ilium and sacrum.
2. Internal popcorn like, ring and arc calcifications.
3. Internal chondroid matrix with heterogenous enhancement.
4. Involving left iliacus, gluteus maximus muscles.
