1. Both knee AP view; Bone fragment with radiolucent rim, surrounded by mild sclerotic change in medial femoral condyle, right. A focal lesion of articular surface irregularity, probably with bone defect in medial femoral condyle, left
2. MRI; osteochondral bone fragments with high signal rim, and outer sclerotic rim in medial femoral condyle (central-weight bearing area), both femurs.
