Diagnosis:

Tenosynovial giant cell tumor (Giant cell tumor of tendon sheath)   Benign synovial proliferation within tendon sheath, most commonly involving fingers

Findings

  1.Radiography: soft tissue mass with adjacent cortical erosion


  2.MRI: lobulated mas with low to intermediate SI on T1WI and T2WI, with/without fibrous septations, lack of surrounding edema, intense enhancement
